Terms and Conditions

• All my new parts are new. I've either parted out a sealed set myself or I've sourced from a local PAB wall.
• New minifigs by default do not have extra accessories; I will note if any alternate hair/weapons/extras are included. Minifigs are packed in small plastic bags individually.
• Used parts will be in good, usable condition. Color variation, fading, etc. are part of the aging process for plastic. Any major discrepancies will be noted.

Shipping

• Address labels are created using Paypal; so if your shipping address varies from your Paypal address, make sure you make a note so I can send it to the proper location.
• Most orders will ship within 2 business days. Larger orders may require extra time to leave my facility
• International orders will ship on Saturdays
• If you wish to buy a brand new, sealed set from me, but don't wish to pay to ship the box: I can open the box and repack the contents into a smaller/lighter and USPS-conforming box.

Taxes

• Orders shipped to Florida, USA addresses will be charged applicable sales tax

Insurance

• First class mail does not include insurance.
• USPS Priority Mail includes $50 insurance. Let me know if you wish to purchase more insurance. I do no "self-insure" I simply buy it from USPS for the prescribed amount.

Customs/Import

• I declare actual order value on customs forms, I do not "fudge" the numbers to save on import costs.
• Buyers are responsible for all customs and import costs for their orders.
